The Friends of Eden Gardens State Park invite the public to the annual Eden Gardens State Park Christmas Candlelight Open House on Saturday, December 16 from 5pm to 8pm. Enjoy the traditional walk through the luminaries through the Park to the Historic Wesley House and it’s beautifully decorated rooms. You'll be greeted by carolers and guided throughout the house to see and hear about each beautifully decorated room. Guests can even vote on their favorite room. After the tour is complete, the Friends of Eden will provide refreshments in the pavilion. Many thanks to Friends of Eden Gardens State Park, volunteers, decorators, and many others from throughout the SoWal community for contributing your time and resources and making this Christmas holiday tradition so magical. Members from the Pt. Washington Historical Society will be placing hundreds illuminations lining the drive into the park and around the mansion. This group of merry men and women comes together at Eden Gardens year after year, creating lighted pathways in and around the park. Thanks to the generous support of Harriett Crommelin of Cafe Thirty-A, Dave Rauschkolb of Bud & Alley's, and the Petits from The Red Bar and Louis Louis as they help fun supplies for luminaries every year. The annual Christmas Candlelight Tour and Open House at Eden Gardens State Park is sponsored by Florida Park Services and Friends of Eden. Donations to the Friends of Eden always appreciated.
