Eric Linquest, president of Emeril's Homebase, has confirmed that Emeril Lagasse's restaurant group, based in New Orleans, has partnered with Grand Boulevard to open a restaurant in the Town Center.

"We are looking forward to being a part of the South Walton community and opening in Grand Boulevard," said Linquest.

“Emeril Lagasse is an American culinary icon and we are happy to have him join our already premier group of restaurants that make Grand Boulevard such a popular culinary destination,” said Keith Howard, president and CEO of Howard Group, developer of Grand Boulevard.

Further details about Emeril’s new restaurant in Grand Boulevard have not been announced yet.

Great news. Always figured it would be on 30A. Should have bought Nicks in the Beach ( always for sale)...had dinner at His MGM Grand in Vegas at the chef's table in the kitchen. Unbelievable "no menu, chef sat with us asked our likes and dislikes, then prepared our 3 hour meal".....

Wish it was Nicks on the beach!

Lots of rumors over the years on Nick's. Seems to always be for sale...newest rumor is it's under contract and land will become condos.. Is this what you had in mind for something to get going there? Hope rumor is false...BMB beaches Do Not need the traffic these proposed condo would inject upon the crowded beaches in season.

Well shoot, had not heard this rumor, I hope it's not true!
After reading this forum for the better of 18 months, it seems growth and development is unorganized at best and continues even when there is huge push back.
Sigh...I fear like everyone else, that our little slice of paradise we own, will turn into Tacky Tourist City USA.
