Top-producing Real Estate team at fast-paced, luxury brokerage seeks self-starting, motivated, and goal oriented assistant and transaction coordinator. You will manage daily affairs, client relations and coordinate with brokerage support staff and outside vendors to implement agent marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is responsible, team oriented, values integrity and wants to excel in an atmosphere of high expectation and high visibility. Candidates must be proficient at Microsoft Office and Google applications, including Word and Excel. Various other software programs can be learned. An unlicensed candidate willing to obtain a Real Estate license within a pre-determined period of time is preferred but not required. Business and descriptive writing skills are a plus and submission of a sample that demonstrates these skills with a professional resume is encouraged. Due to the nature of the Real Estate industry, occasional weekend work may be required. The position requires a two year commitment contract to start with opportunities to grow within the team thereafter.
