The facts about our energy consumption patterns and their damaging effects on our environment and the global economy will be the subject of a film at the South Walton Community Council Forum on June 26. The film, "Energy Crossroads," will also bring to light some of the solutions that would ease these destructive consequences.

The forum will be presented at 7 pm in the meeting room of the Coastal Branch Library. It is open to the public without charge. This program is part of the SWCC monthly series (except July and August) to present current subjects of interest to the community.

SWCC is a nonprofit organization working to preserve, protect and enhance the quality of life and the natural environment of South Walton County. For more information call Ella Caro, 850-231-6038.
