Job Summary
The Maintenance Technicians primary responsibility is to respond to guest service requests and solve a broad range of residential maintenance problems for owners and guests of vacation rental properties. A secondary responsibility to inspect and rectify maintenance problems on vacation rental homes on turnover days which typically are on Saturdays and Sundays.
Essential Duties
Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair for vacation rental properties, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
· Full time position – 40 hours per week
· Hourly salary range of $13-$15 an hour based on experience; seasonal overtime opportunities
· Holidays, PTO and customer satisfaction and lead generation bonus potential
· Company provided service vehicle, tools and uniforms

Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair for vacation rental properties, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
- Electrical and plumbing
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances
- Audio visual equipment
- Water irrigation systems
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Tile, carpet, and flooring
- Roofing, gutters, fasteners
- Interior/exterior lights
- Fireplaces, ceiling fans
- Gas fixtures and appliances
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
- Door locks and windows
- Ceiling leaks
- Pool areas, tile, hot tub/spa, pool furniture
- Oversight of sub-contractors when required
- High level of proficiency in customer service and guest relations
- Ability to plan and work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Positive attitude and cultural fit with our high performance team
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property/maintenance management preferred
- High School Diploma required, College preferred
- Drug free and clean criminal record
- Valid driver’s license in state of Florida. Clean driving record
