Wanted Furnished SUmmer Rental

My son and 3 of his friends have jobs in the 30A area for the summer. Need furnished 2,3 or 4 bedroom place from Mid May to end of July. Will do May June and July if needed. I will rent for them and be responsible if not comfortable with renting to young men. They are 19, 20 and 21 years old. Good guys.

I would advise not to wait to long to find a place. Rental’s for just 3 months during peak season can be hard to find.
Owners make more money renting per week. I would not wait.
Come April once college is out will be to late. Good Luck.
