New Year's Day events include SWFD's Polar Bear Plunge at Ed Walline Access as well as First Day Hikes at local state parks.
New Year's Day will be filled with Sunday Brunch mimosas, bloody marys and good eats all around town and some with live music such as Stinky's Fish Camp, Trebeache, and The Red Bar. Afternoon pickin' at The Bay 2-6pm (also serving earlier brunch). Other popular brunch spots: Grayton Seafood, Bud & Alley's on the rooftop, Great Southern Cafe, and Sunset Bay Cafe (Sandestin).
Many New Year's Eve dinners with special menus at restaurants throughout SoWal! Too many to list but you can find some of them in the SoWal Food & Dining Forum. Also, most have posted menus and details on their Facebook pages. Celebrate NYE at one of your favorite local restaurants. Special NYE dinners at: The Red Bar, Marie's Bistro, Stinky's Fish Camp, Trebeache, Bud & Alley's, Basmati's, Surfing Deer, Grayton Seafood Co., Marlin Grill, Goatfeather's, Restaurant Paradis, Cafe Thirty-A, Old Florida Fish House, and MANY more.
Most restaurants are OPEN this week, and a few will be closing after the new year for repairs, renovations, updates and preparing for Spring 2017...
