We are looking for a candidate to join Appleseed Expeditions as an International Travel Coordinator. This position involves coordinating student group trips and includes tasks such as communicating with clients and vendors regarding arrangements for flights, hotels, activities, ground transportation and meals.

- Basic office skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong work-ethic, self-accountability, ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
- Ability to manage phone calls and emails on a daily basis
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills and prioritizing to meet deadlines
- Passion for cultural exchange and service to others
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior international travel experience
- Volunteer experience
