Possible on McTighe's and Marie's some have MLS listings.. one shopping center also listed...
I heard Nick's was alao for sale!
Was rumored to be sold last fall and replaced with Condos. Glad that hasn't happened.
Saw that the lot across from BMB creamery might be developed soon.
Creamery guy has been wanting to sell pizza for years. This lot is now his parking
Lot. Walk up to go pizza not likely. Roy Rogers fried chicken probably.
Are buy Marie's. Grandfather drive-thru only one on 30A.
I guess every new building can't be in Seagrove.
Personally know the Nick family. Yes...it's for sale. As Bonnie told me, they would like to retire someday, but if it doesn't sell, there are no immediate plans to close it.
No billboards on 30A!
I wish! Unfortunately, nobody seems to be enforcing the sign/billboard ordinance.
It's NOT a billboard!! It's a "For Sale"sign...How would you suggest the land owner Sells their property?
Compared to a normal realtor sign it IS a billboard. Totally unnecessary, especially in the modern age. How many people buying commercial property on 30A need a sign to find it? Zero.
Most for sale signs these days are nothing but advertising for the realtor, and NOT needed for people to know something is for sale. And this particular sign has three realtors on it. I think that proves my point.
Separate names with a comma.
