... is the crawfish ?touff?e and grits that I had for breakfast today at Stinky's Liar's Club.
It was our first visit to Liar's Club, although we have been to the main Stinky's many times. After living in NOLA and visiting there so many times, I am pretty picky about Louisiana-style food. Everything I've had elsewhere is at best, "Meh. They tried."
But this ?touff?e tasted incredibly good. Perfectly seasoned with a nice amount of crawfish. Some might criticize it for not having a dark roux, but in my opinion that would be too heavy for breakfast.
And the grits. I could fill up a pool with the grits and swim in them.
BTW the waitress was hilarious.
We'll be "Bach," (and you can be Beethoven!)
