Pescado in Rosemary Beach is set to open March 1, 2018. The team at Pescado is so excited to serve Emerald Coast visitors and locals, share the new spaces overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and provide extraordinary service and cuisine. Pescado will be open from 3:00 - 10:00 PM daily so guests can enjoy the ever-changing view. The restaurant seats 100 people and will take reservations. Walk-ins will be welcome as long as there is availability. Pescado is located to the west of Rosemary Beach Town Hall above Southside Slice in the "Orleans" building. Pescado was designed by Smith Hanes of Atlanta, who incorporated subtle coastal colors, clean lines and soft lighting to create a space that invites and complements the elements and scenery of the Emerald Coast.
Pescado's menu will feature “Raw Bar” items such as Pepper-seared Tuna, Blue Crab and Steak Tartare. The "Small Bites" menu will offer Clams and Mussels, Moroccan-spiced Lollipop Lamb Chops, Pan-seared Diver Scallops and more. The "Shareables" menu will boast delectables like a Cantonese Whole Lobster, Tomahawk Ribeye and the "Chef's Feast" which boasts an array of fresh seafood selected by Chef Ken Duenas. Look for Beef Tenderloin, Pepper-crusted Duck Breast and Skillet-roasted Ahi Tuna on the Dinner Menu. Pescado will present craft cocktails with the finest spirits, so guests can sip and enjoy the spectacular view of Rosemary Beach rooftop architecture and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The extensive wine list is heavy on both new world and old world high end wines. There are plenty of domestic wines from the west coast and also international names and vintages you won't find in our area.
