I am currently looking for a 5-6 month rental in Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach , Panama City Beach areas . My home on 30a sold very quickly and I am searching for a rental home until August 31st . It will need to be pet friendly . We own a rental home also , but it will not be open until August 31, 2018 . We have a current tenant . We are fine with a furnished and unfurnished rental . Minimum of 2 bedrooms . We are also fine with a home that is currently on the market and can stage the home and allow showings as long as we can rent until August 31st. We are very good with buying and selling homes , so can also do maintenance and keep your property looking amazing .
