The Seacrest Beach Owners Association is currently soliciting proposals from vendors to service their new food concession structure, at their 12K sq ft pool and surrounding amphitheater. This structure is currently in process of being constructed, and will hopefully be ready for service by March 2018. Above is a conceptual rendering of the structure we are going to be building.
The Lagoon Pool is open year-round, but has its majority of users during Spring Break and Memorial Day through Labor Day. The concession area will only be an amenity for Seacrest Beach owners and guests. During the season, average pool attendance averages 400 – 500 people at one time throughout the day, with more than 40k visitors throughout the year. The pool’s hours are 9am – 9:45pm.
