Judge Green did not issue a temporary injunction in the Rosemary Beach POA v. Walton County case this morning. Without addressing the other 3 prongs of temporary injunction, he said there was no evidence presented of "irreparable harm" to warrant issuing an injunction at this stage. He said there might be harm, but it was not shown to be "irreparable".

Their Motion for Summary Judgment is still set for hearing on May 4.
