Combining both running and stand-up paddling, RUN/SUP is South Walton's most scenic group fitness workout. And the Summer Series is great practice for the annual South Walton RUN/SUP Race coming up September 30, 2017. A multi-surface race in challenging conditions for those wanting to test themselves. This 2 mile run followed by a 2 mile paddle comprises a trail, beach and sand dune followed by a paddle around Western Lake. Beautiful views of Grayton Beach State Park set the backdrop for this annual race. Details coming soon to SoWal.com.

It's not about competition - it's about getting fit and having fun. Check the BoatHouse class schedule online. “Let your workout take you somewhere.”
