Vicki McCain of Vicki's Kitchenique is now on the Stinky's Team! Working for Chef/Owner Jim Richard and all of his restaurants as Resource Manager, compiling recipes and providing training in all restaurant kitchens. What a perfect position for our friend Vicki to use her incredible skills in the kitchen.
Stinky's Fish Camp has recently opened two new locations: Auburn, Alabama and Baton Rouge, Louisiana!
Chef Brannon Janca was representing Stinky's and Trenasse at Nola's Oak Street Po-Boy Fest on Sunday Nov 12! Saw him on Facebook live serving up a Jimmy Poboy (named for owner/chef Jim Richard) - hot buffalo shrimp covered in debris gravy - wow! Their tent also included boneless chicken wings stuffed with andouille sausage and crawfish mac & cheese. Killer!!!
