There was a discussion regarding landscaping, rooftop equipment, lighting, and signage.

Public Comment:

Coy Bowman spoke in opposition.

Mr. Jenkins addressed Ms. Bowen's comments and stated there will be a right turn lane and the left turn will be longer; the width is set by DOT. Chandler Huff also addressed Ms. Bowen's comments. Ms. Bowen asked if they can place more landscaping between the homes and the apartments.

Seems like a lot of new projects are adding more dirt than normal to elevate their projects. What's the deal?

The SRB
The Shops at 393, includes 128 apartments, over 21,000 square feet of commercial, and almost 6,000 square feet of office space. on 15 acres, approved by the county commission in June.
We own an acre of land in SRB and were told by the owner of the townhouse we live in that they were going to sell it in two years ( which would have given us plenty of time to build our home ) but now we have been informed that we have to leave in six months instead.... does anyone know how much the apartments will be and if we can put money down to reserve one?
