Tile and Grout Cleaning, Repair, and Restoration franchise opening soon seeks a motivated, professional, detail-oriented, drug-free manager. Our territory is Bay, Walton & Okaloosa counties. We will operate out of Freeport, FL.
Project estimating, scheduling and hands-on cleaning or construction experience a plus but not required. You will attend an all expense paid 2 week training session with the owner in Sarasota, FL. Your pay starts when training begins. Once trained your duties will include:
As we grow, the goal is for you to move out of daily hands-on services and into full time estimating, scheduling, and quality control.
Pay starts at $24,000 base salary plus a negotiated profit share. You will also receive a negotiated vehicle allowance. Expected first year salary $30,000-$40,000. Other franchise managers make $50,000-$60,000 per year and our goal is to get you there as fast as possible. Let us show you how. We believe in treating people right and paying them well to create efficiency and low turnover. We are also open to you earning an ownership stake over time.
