Always open for happy hour, dinner and Sunday Brunch, Trebeache is open for lunch for the season starting now! We went today and enjoyed grouper sandwich with sidewinder fries and seafood gumbo. And we enjoyed catching up with George Barnes, now Restaurant Director at Trebeache.

The Famous Stinky's Fish Camp Brie Burger makes an appearance on the new lunch menu!

NEWS from Trebeache.com

Word of Mouth Restaurant Group celebrates the first year of business for Stinky’s Fish Camp sister restaurant, Trebeaché, with glowing reviews and best new restaurant award from Florida Trend Magazine. With their 1st anniversary under their belt, the upscale yet casual dining venue has already established a “place to be seen” vibe and has quickly become a 30A hot spot.

Trebeaché also announces long time restauranteur, George Barnes, to take over operations as the Restaurant Director. Mr. Barnes brings a wealth of dining experience and wine knowledge to the table. “Barnes will complete the full dining experience at Trebeaché,” said Jim Richard from Trebeaché ownership group.

Born & raised in New Orleans, LA, Barnes has since become a local leader in the 30A & South Walton Community. With a plethora of restaurant knowledge and operations management skills, Barnes has been involved in the growth and development of many top South Walton restaurants, including 13 successful years with his own restaurant venue, The Smiling Fish Café. In addition to his restauranteur accolades, Mr. Barnes is also an owner and managing partner of the popular wine brand, 30A Coastal Dunes Wine Company.

With its award winning food, combined with Mr. Barnes attention to the finest of details, the Trebeaché team is excited for what this next year will bring and plan to make Trebeaché a staple and favorite along the Emerald Coast.

Trebeaché is located in Blue Mountain Beach’s Redfish Village and is open nightly for dinner from 5pm-10pm and Sunday Brunch 10am-3pm. Reservations are accepted.
