Five Star Beach Properties is looking for a high-performing vacation planner to join our team full-time. Our vacation planners are focused daily on providing a smooth and effortless search for our guests perfect vacation. They are incentive-driven, business-minded, and set on providing the most luxurious customer service experience. A love of the beach, direct sales and an overall desire to make people happy is definitely required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering multiple calls, emails and chats messages.

• Planning vacations and recommending based on guests needs.

• Following up with potential guests to continue establishing a relationship.

• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences

• Meet sales objectives
  
  
• Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones

• Using techniques and strategies to close a sale in a timely manner.

• Making a connection with each guest and working to create a Five Star guest for life!
  

Qualifications:

• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

• Knowledgeable about the Destin, Miramar and 30A area.

• Able to effectively communicate and negotiate if needed

• Numbers driven, sales driven and motivated by a goal.

• Self starter, team player and always looking to improve.

• Outgoing, fun and friendly attitude.
