30A Vacay is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. Some of the roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to- homeowner communication, guest relations – booking vacations as well as assisting any needs during their stay, working with vendors and housekeeping.
The position starts immediately and is a salaried position.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Detail oriented – Has the ability to see what is needed and make corrections as needed
•Time Management - Is able to manage and prioritize tasks throughout the day
•Communication Skills - Is able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written format
•Results Driven – Works until the job is done and done correctly
•Flexible – Able to work weekends

•Must have reliable transportation
•Ability to work flexible hours
