Vacation rental company in Seagrove, FL is seeking a rental manager to oversee and manage the operational aspects of a vacation rental business to satisfy the owners, address issues, and ensure all vacation properties meet or exceed guest expectations. Provides assistance in creating work orders, scheduling vendors, and following through with any work related issues.
Must be a team player. Duties will also includes assisting with guest relations when needed, troubleshooting guest complaints and quality assurance of the housekeepers.
This is a full time position. Weekends are required. Must have a good driving record. Non-smoking campus.
