Join The Seaside Institute Adademic Village for a women's retreat focused on health and wellness approaches for mind, body and spirit. The weekend will include lectures delivered by wellness professionals, exercise led by experienced instructors and social activities. The weekend will kick off with a lecture and reception Friday evening in the new Seaside Assembly Hall.
Participants will be treated to lectures, demonstrations and exercise sessions given by amazing women who have exceled in their fields. With a focus on health and well being, this retreat speaks to the need for some life-balance in all of us.
