The Coastal Branch Library welcomes Honin, a Soto Zen Priest and student for 28 years, Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. in the community room of the Coastal Branch Library. Learn to manage stress by practicing Focused Awareness Mediation.

Honin has conducted workshops throughout the United States and Europe, teaching people from all walks of life how to live in the present moment.

Those interested in learning more about this practice and wanting to participating in its physical meditation aspects are welcome free of charge.
