Executive Chef Naegar Brings New Twist to Crush Wine Bar!

Crush Wine Bar welcomes Alex Naeger as new Executive Chef of the Seaside, Florida restaurant. Chef Naegar brings talent, experience and passion to the table at Crush.
At an early age, Naegar found his passion for food, and pursued his career in preparing amazing food for others. Originally from a small town in Missouri, Chef Naeger attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2007. After culinary school, he worked with several chefs in Miami, including mentor Chef Christian Bex, who trained under Paul Boquese in France. Under Chef Bex's tutelage, he assisted in opening a Peruvian and Italian fine dining restaurant in Peru.
Alex worked in a number of French restaurants in South Florida before moving to Destin. After moving to the area, he had the pleasure of working under Chef John Jacob at Destin's Vin'tij Wine Boutique, and Chef David Cunningham at V Seagrove.
Crush is excited about Chef Naegar's twist on existing dishes and new combinations that pair with the extensive international wine list.
