Guests of the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company (CRC) who make a two-night reservation at the newly renovated Pensione Inn, or a three-night reservation in any carriage house, loft or flat will receive two free tickets to SoWal.com-sponsored Rosemary Beach Uncorked on October 20, 2012, a $150 value. 

Rent a Cottage through CRC for four nights and receive four Uncorked tickets, a $300 value.
In addition, all guests of the Cottage Rental Company attending the event will receive a free commemorative Uncorked wine glass and pouch. Complimentary access to exclusive wine pairing demonstrations at participating Rosemary Beach restaurants, access to the Fitness Center and Racquet Club tennis facilities, and unlimited DVD rentals round out the lodging specials.

Rosemary Beach Uncorked will showcase nine Rosemary Beach restaurants, each preparing signature dishes paired with select wines, for a gourmet pairing experience.  Participating restaurants are Amavida Coffee, Cowgirl Kitchen, Edward’s Fine Food & Wine, La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, Onano Neighborhood Café, Restaurant Paradis, Sugga Pies, Summer Kitchen and Wild Olives Market/Bakery/Deli.

As an added feature this year, corporate sponsor Viking Range Corporation will present a live cooking demonstration on a 41-inch grill.  Items slated for preparation include a popular Argentinian sandwich--grilled chorizo on crusty bread with chimichurri sauce, and a featured dessert.
