Grayt Grounds of Monet Monet Conducting Online Local Art Auctions

August 11, 2013 by SoWal Staff

Grayt Grounds of Monet Monet is a unique event venue, eatery, art gallery, and boutique in Grayton Beach. It's a showplace of art in a beautiful building surrounded by gardens modeled after those at Calude Monet's home in Giverny, France.

Owner Cheri Peebles recently started an online art auction on her website, with proceeds going to the artists, and a portion for the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds. Artwork is changed out online every 10 days with pieces valued anywhere from $30 to over $3,000. A variety of art is featured, including paintings, sculptures, jewelry and more.

“Our online art auction is just another avenue for building a circle of love in our community with the local artist and beyond,” says Cheri.

Artists featured include Anne Hugghins, Eileen West, Kay Brown, Rock Hard Designs, Andy Saczynski, Eric Lindell, John Malcome McRae, Franko "Washboard" Jackson, Barbara May, Sonny Brasseur, Jennifer Squires, Gary Perez, Wendy Mignot, Sherry McCall, Billie Gaffrey, Nancy Williams and many more.

Visit www.graytgrounds.com each week and click on “Online Auction” to bid on your favorite work by some of the area’s most talented artists. For more information, call 850-231-1090, and find them on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/GardensatMonetMonet.
