Sandestin Announces New Residential Development
July 30, 2012 by SoWal Staff
Sandestin recently announced the launch of its newest neighborhood, Osprey Pointe at Sandestin. Named for the majestic ospreys that populate the woodlands along the resort’s Choctawhatchee Bay waterfront, the midrise condo buildings will have a pool and outdoor gathering place at its pristine setting. Osprey Pointe will be situated just north of the existing Heron Walk Road and south of Jolee Island, the resort’s bayfront island preserve.
A limited number of reservations for two- and three-bedroom floor plans have been made available in the initial release of condominiums to our Sandestin Home Owners and Sandestin Real Estate clients exclusively. Pricing and more information is available at the Sandestin Real Estate blog.
Livable, spacious design is coupled with interior features such as European fixtures and cabinets, custom moldings, walk-in showers, expansive balconies and more.
Owners can enjoy the rental-capable condominiums, just steps from the peaceful shores of the bay. Full access to all the fun and excitement of Sandestin’s resort activities and recreational facilities are part of the good life of Osprey Pointe on the Emerald Coast in Northwest Florida.
