Take Care of Business at 30A Business Center

February 21, 2014 by Audrey Johnson

Neighborhood market Seacrest Sundries has been a favorite local spot for years. It's a bustling business - a convenient, family-run general store and delectable diner. Owners Larry and Beje Beasley have established a reputation for identifying the needs of our community and filling the gaps. When they recognized the need for a place where locals and visitors could conduct business, they took over the suite next door to their popular retail spot and 30A Business Center was born.

30A Business Center houses fully-furnished offices and meeting spaces, nicely appointed with traditional décor. The Beasleys have created a professional space large enough for group meetings and conferences, and intimate enough for visitors who need to work for a few hours while on vacation.

In sensible fashion, the Beasleys found a way for the two businesses to work together. Patrons of 30A Business Center can opt to have meetings and conferences catered from Seacrest Sundries for added convenience. Customers may select items of their choice from the breakfast and lunch menus at the popular eatery.

A catered breakfast for morning meetings might include biscuits, bagels, and bacon, and they’ll keep the coffee flowing so you never lose focus. Made to order sandwiches, salads, and fruit bowls keep working lunches light. Seacrest Sundries also provides convenience items such as dishes, utensils, and napkins for a stress-free refueling session.

In addition to hourly office rentals and conference hosting, 30A Business Center provides a full range of office support. A front desk staff is in place to greet business associates. The staff also manages the phone systems, so you don’t have to worry about missing an important phone call.  Mailing services include a valid business address and someone to accept your packages. While printing services ensure that you can complete your office tasks in one location. If you find that you’ve been spoiled by all that 30A Business Center has to offer, rest assured. Long-term office rentals are also available.

Manager Nate Youngbeck brings his television and online advertising experience to 30A Business Center’s marketing services. “My background is in marketing, advertising creation and implementation, and sales. So we can assist in strategic marketing plans and budgeting and media buys,” he says.

Whether you’re renting an office for a morning, hosting a conference, or marketing your business, 30A Business Center has everything you need to effectively run your business at the beach.
