Clark Partington was established in 1976 in Pensacola, opened its first office in Destin in 2004 and its first office in South Walton in 2013.
Mark D. Davis, Attorney at Law, manages Clark Partington’s Grayton Beach office located at 1414 County Highway 283 South in Grayton Beach Plaza, just north of the Shops at Grayton
Mark is no stranger to Walton County, Florida. Prior to joining Clark Partington, Mark was in private practice in DeFuniak Springs for 25 years. He then became the County Attorney for Walton County in 2013 and joined the County full time as in house counsel in 2014. In May, 2017, Mark joined Clark Partington full time in the Grayton Beach office. Mark also served on the Walton County School Board for 21 years and was instrumental in the construction of Butler Elementary, Emerald Coast Middle School and South Walton High School. Mark’s areas of practice include Real Estate, Title Insurance, Family Law, State Criminal Defense, Wills, Trusts and Estate and Civil Litigation.
The Grayton Beach office is also staffed by Nathan Cordle, Attorney at Law. Nathan lives in Blue Mountain Beach and joined Clark Partington in September, 2017. Nathan believes in client-centered service, and understanding and meeting the unique needs of each individual client. Nathan’s primary focus is commercial and residential real estate transactions, title insurance, and title curative work. Additionally, his practice area includes general real estate law, business and corporate entity formation, and estate planning.
Prior to joining Clark Partington, Nathan served as attorney and manager for Capitol Park Title in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He also worked with Cynthia Lee Almond as an attorney in Tuscaloosa, focusing on real estate law, business law, estate planning, and probate law, and served as an Adjunct Instructor for the Honors College at The University of Alabama. Before becoming an attorney, Nathan worked as a real estate agent. He enjoys utilizing his real estate experience to better meet the needs of his clients and the local real estate community.
Mark and Nathan are heavily involved in the local community. The both volunteer with the Food For Thought hunger program, they are active members of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce and the Walton County Bar Association.
