Momentum Fitness has partnered up with Alaqua Animal Refuge to bring Baby Goat Yoga to the South Walton community on Sunday, Feb. 3rd at 10am! Find your "baaahamaste" as baby goats roam free during this one-hour yoga class. Enjoy relaxation, joy and stress relief through this special practice led by Rebecca Simmons. Lots of baby goats will be interacting with you in class for love, cuddles, smiles, fun poses and photo ops.
Please bring your yoga mat and/or towel. $25 per person. All ticket proceeds will benefit Alaqua Animal Refuge. Grab a spot quick, tickets are expected to go fast and must be purchased in advance.
