30A Wine Festival: Caliza Wine Dinner
The 7th Annual 30A Wine Festival returns to the beautiful surroundings of Alys Beach February 22-25, 2018. The four-day festival is a showcase of premiere wine producers and local culinary favorites. A special wine dinner at Caliza kicks off the 30A Wine Festival on Thursday, Feb. 22 from 6-9pm. Tickets, schedule of events at 30awinefestival.com.
The dinner will feature Ancien and Tournesol wines alongside a four-course meal prepared by Alys Beach Executive Chef Drew Dzejak. The dinner will be held in the intimate Red Loggia at Caliza Pool. Price includes weekend pass to 30A Wine Festival.
Now in its seventh year, the four-day Festival features a wine dinner, bourbon and barbeque tasting, wine tasting seminars, grand tasting event, and a croquet tournament. One of the most beautiful new towns in the world, Alys Beach is located on Scenic Highway 30A in Florida’s panhandle, along what The New York Times said “may be the best beach in the continental U.S.” The resort town’s extraordinary architectural vision drew inspirations from both Bermuda and the family courtyard homes of Antigua, Guatemala. A walk through Alys Beach takes you from the white sands of the beach, through an active town center of shops, restaurants, and outdoor cafes, down streets of elegant courtyard homes, and all the way to a nature preserve of wildflowers and towering pine trees.
