4th Annual “Savor the Season” event at Caliza Pool and Restaurant in Alys Beach, benefiting the Taylor Haugen Foundation. This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, November 6 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Come and enjoy the wine tasting, silent and live auctions, and delicious gourmet cuisine made by local chefs from Panama City to Destin, including: Chef Vargo of Seagar’s Steaks and Seafood, Chef Withall of Stinky’s Fish Camp, Chef Cunningham of V Seagrove, Caliza’s own Chef Korman, Chef Mike Guerra of Havana Beach, Chef Mongogna of The Marigny, Chef Johnson of Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Chef McKenzie of Culinary Catering 365, Chef Holbrook of Signature Catering of 30-A, and Chef McAnulla of Bake My Day Gourmet Desserts.

Wine tasting, silent and live auction. Tickets $50.


About The Taylor Haugen Foundation

The Taylor Haugen Foundation was created to honor the memory of the 15-year-old Niceville High School student who passed away after an injury sustained during a football game on August 30, 2008.

Named in honor of a young athlete who died in the pursuit of his passion -football- the Taylor Haugen Foundation provides grants, education and funding to athletic teams, schools and districts through its YESS (Youth Equipment for Sports Safety) Program. The Foundation also recognizes and supports outstanding scholar-athletes with scholarships and awards.

This foundation will emulate all of Taylor’s wonderful qualities – his devotion to his faith, family, friends, academics, sports, and most importantly, his mantra of ‘Don’t Quit – Never Give Up.’
