All about Seafood!
University of Florida/IFAS Extension and Florida Sea Grant discuss what’s available, health benefits and risks, selecting, handling and preparinglocal seafood. Participants will have the opportunity to taste a variety of fish and other seafood, and get great recipes and tips on selecting and preparing local varieties.
