The Tropical Smoothie Café location in the City Market Bayside shopping center in Destin will host an Animal Adoption Event in conjunction with the Walton County Animal Shelter on Saturday, November 5th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. There will be music and lawn games outside such as corn hole, jumbo Jenga, and jumbo Connect 4. The adoption fee for the dogs and cats is $55.00, which includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, heartworm test, and a microchip. Most dogs and cats will be available to go home the day of the event. Anyone who adopts an animal will receive a free smoothie of their choice!
