CANCELED: Biophilia Center Easter Egg Hunt
Biophilia has canceled the Easter Egg Hunt which had been scheduled for March 28.
Hop on over to the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center for an Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, March 28 from 9am - 2pm. Hundreds of eggs filled with goodies will be scattered on the lawn and throughout the Biophilia trails. There will be age divided hunts starting at 10am. Tickets $10/child. You must pre-register online because of limited availability in each age group: http://www.eowilsoncenter.org/.
Meet the Easter Bunny, play games in the Egg Olympics, decorate eggs, hang out with some Spring time farm animals, and explore the Center. Hot dog lunch and other snacks will be available for purchase.
The E.O.Wilson Biophilia Center is a non-profit environmental education center with the mission to educated students and visitors on the importance of biodiversity, to promote sustainability, and to encourage conservation, preservation and restoration of ecosystems. The center is nestled in the Longleaf Pine ecosystem, which is considered the 6th most biodiverse area in the continental U.S. and less than 2% of it remains intact today.
