Prudence Bruns, author of Dear Prudence: The Story Behind the Song, will be selling and signing copies of her book at Sofitco Studios from 4:00 - 5:15pm on September 26, 2018. Highly entertaining, deeply personal, profoundly insightful, Prudence Farrow Bruns’ memoir, Dear Prudence, is a gripping journey from sheltered innocence to the heart of darkness and into the light.
This is a book that will appeal to lovers of old Hollywood, children of the 60’s, Beatles fans young and old, deep thinkers and most significantly spiritual seekers. Meet and speak with Prudence about her journey and her book. Stay afterwards for Maharishi Yoga® at 5:30.
Maharishi Yoga® classes taught by Prudence Bruns are held Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm at Sofitco Studios in Blue Mountain Beach. (Students trained in transcendental meditation are welcome to stay for a group meditation after class at 6:30.) This is a deep and revitalizing yoga for everyone. The class is $15, and you can sign up at sofitcostudios.com. TM trained students pay $10, but must bring cash or check to class. There are only 30 spots available.
