Tuesday, April 2nd | Boukou Groove
Founded on the stage at Tipitinas in NOLA in 2010, Boukou Groove is the brainchild of singer/producer Donnie Sundal and New Orleans guitar luminary Derwin “Big D” Perkins. Sundal, sharing stages and recording with the likes of Sam Bush, Col.Bruce Hampton and Junior Marvin of The Wailers, creates an infectious blend of energy and enthusiasm as he showcases his multi-octave ranging vocals while sustaining his brand of lavish Moog bass lines. Big D (Jon Cleary and the Absolute Monster Gentleman, Bonnie Raitt and Dr.John) provides his smooth and funky guitar licks largely based on improvisation and feel alone. Together, no matter what the venue, the band provides their distinguishing style and creates a kinetic environment that’s easily spread throughout the audience.

LIVE MUSIC at The Hub! Come sit outdoors on comfy chairs and enjoy great food and drink with amazing live music entertainment on the outdoor stage on Scenic 30A in #SoWal. The lineup is outstanding with local artists as well as visiting bands from the region performing special shows.
Shops at The Hub retails shops are just next door - art galleries, Luke Bryan's cigar shop, bike rentals, mens and women clothing, nail salon, gifts and accessories, sunglasses shop, apothecary store, and home decor.
The Hub is a festive gathering place for friends and families to eat, drink, shop, play and relax. Several restaurants and a bar featuring everything you can dream of from burgers to seafood, fried chicken, pizza, healthy wraps, BBQ, ice cream and cocktail concoctions. The restaurants are situated around a lawn and patio area with comfortable seating, fireplaces, event stage, and jumbotron. You'll find plenty of live music concerts and other entertainment such as sports or movies on the big screen. There's something happening every night.
The Hub is located on the south side of Scenic 30A at WaterSound Beach between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach. You can't miss it - the greatest backyard party of all time is going on now. Open daily 11am-9pm. See restaurants and menus online at hub30a.com.
