Emeril Lagasse Foundation will host the 13th annual Chi Chi Miguel Weekend on April 4 – April 6 in Santa Rosa Beach. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased hereDine & Wine, a new featured event, will take place at Bijoux Restaurant on Thursday, April 4th from 4PM - 7:30PM. Benefiting Sinfonia Gulf Coast, attendees are invited to enjoy one of Destin’s top award-winning restaurants since 2002, Bijoux embodies “coastal cuisine with a New Orleans flair.” Purchase tickets here.

Founded in 2006 by co-chairs Valerie and Mike “Chi Chi Miguel” Thompson as a small backyard gathering, the Throwdown Benefit Auction & BBQ has since expanded to a three-day event and one of the most successful fundraisers along the Emerald Coast.

Presented by Isagenix, the annual charity events: Wine Walkabout, Dine & Wine, Sip N Shop and Golf Tournament, will kick-off the weekend’s festivities culminating with the Throwdown Benefit Auction & BBQ. Tickets to individual charity events can be purchased separately.

Thursday, April 4th | Burnt Pine Country Club will play host to the Wine Walkabout. From 5:30-8pm, guests can indulge in featured wines while enjoying an beautiful evening of lite bites, delicious beverages and amazing company. Tickets - $100 per person can be purchased here. Proceeds from the Wine Walkabout benefit the Emerald Coast Children's Advocacy Center.

Dine & Wine, a new featured event, will take place at Bijoux Restaurant from 4PM - 7:30PM. Benefiting Sinfonia Gulf Coast, attendees are invited to enjoy one of Destin’s top award-winning restaurants since 2002, Bijoux embodies “coastal cuisine with a New Orleans flair.” Purchase tickets here.

Friday, April 5th | Golfers of all skill levels are invited to join in the Chi Chi Miguel Golf Tournament at Burnt Pine Golf Course. Benefitting  Emerald Coasst Children's Advocacy Center, the event begins at 7am with a fabulous Breakfast & Bloody Mary Bar available to all participants during tournament check-in. An 8:15am shot-gun start, 1:00pm 19th hole lunch and live auction will keep everyone engaged throughout the day. Purchase your Golf Tournament tickets here

The Annual Sip N Shop event brings together fabulous shopping, sipping, socializing, and savoring of delicious fare as part of the Chi Chi Miguel Weekend every spring, in support of Alaqua Animal Refuge. Purchase tickets here

Presented in partnership with the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, the event will feature: Welcome cocktails from G.H. Mumm Champagne and Tito’s Vodka, Select Wines, poured by winemakers including: 30A Coastal Dunes, AldenAlli, Black Dog Cellars, Charles Krug, O’Connell, Thompson 31Fifty, and Grayton Beer, Exquisite chef-prepared luncheon, Private shopping from boutiques, designers and artists and an awesome silent auction.

Saturday, April 6th | The celebrated Throwdown Benefit Auction & BBQ will begin at 4 p.m. at Churchill Oaks Clubhouse. The star-studded outdoor barbeque competition will feature world-class vintners, pitmasters and acclaimed chefs including Chefs Emeril Lagasse and Chris Wilson, musical entertainment and live and silent auctions.

All funds raised during the weekend benefit charities along the Gulf Coast, with the majority of proceeds given to local organizations. Beneficiaries include the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, Camille’s Art for Autism, Sinfonia Gulf Coast, Alaqua Animal Refuge, Food for Thought Outreach, the Ingram Lee Foundation and Seaside School Foundation.
