Join the Havana Beach Bar & Grill in the Pearl Ballroom as they host Culinary Class: Curing & Pickling Wednesday, October 24th from 11am - 1pm. 

Hosted by The Pearl in Rosemary Beach, this chef led class will teach you how to enhance meats and fish, and preserve seasonal produce that you can enjoy weeks later with these time-honored methods. Includes beverages and supplies, plus enjoy your hand-made pickled items as a take-away item.
