Eglin Memorial Day Gate-to-Gate Run

Celebrate one of Northwest Florida's greatest traditions at Eglin's 34th annual Gate-To-Gate Memorial Run/Walk. This competitive race is open to the general public, and to all ages and skill levels. There will also be a free kids run after the start of the main race. The 4.4-mile course on Eglin AFB starts at Unity Park, follows Eglin Boulevard to Memorial Trail and ends at Unity Park. Flowers will be provided for each runner to drop at the Veteran’s Memorial along the route.

Runners, walkers, and teams are invited to register online at www.runsignup.com until May 11th from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Air Armament Museum (cash only for entry fees) at a cost of $25. Late online registration at cost of $30 online.

Also, a FREE Kid's Fun Run will begin at 9 a.m. at the race start line, with t-shirts for all participants and awards for winners. No registration is required for Fun Run participation. 

Registered participants may pick up their race packets at the Air Armament Museum from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, May 11. Race packets may also be picked up at the Eglin Fitness Center from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. any day between May 13 and May 24. Packets will also be available on race day from 5-6 a.m. at Unity Park. A photo ID is required to pick up race packets.

A post-race party will be held at the finish line featuring live entertainment and free refreshments including food and beverages for runners, walkers, and teams to enjoy.
