Fundamentals of Photography with Jackie Ward at Bayou Arts Center

The Cultural Arts Alliance is now offering a Fundamentals of Photography series taught by Jacqueline Ward, a well known professional photographer and instructor at NWFS college. 
 
The series will be offered on the following dates from 9 a.m.-Noon: 
Nov. 13
Dec. 4
Dec. 11
 
The first session will include how to understand and use your camera to its fullest extent. Each participant should bring their cameras- from point and shoot to SLR- along with various lenses and gear. This is a pre-requisite for the rest of the series.  
 
Future sessions will cover:
Composition
Lighting
Photographing Art
Cataloging and Retrieving Photos
 
Jacqueline Ward will offer Photoshop workshops to follow the Fundamentals of Photography series. 
 
The series of classes will be presented as individual sessions with each priced separately, allowing the participant to complete the series or take courses that are of significant interest. Fee is $30 for CAA members and $35 for non-members.
