Hands Across the Sand takes place on beaches and shores around the world on Saturday May 15, 2021! Get your community organized!!!
Come out to Inlet Beach and join hands with your neighbors on Saturday, May 15 for the annual Hands Across the Sand 2021 event held on beaches and shores around the world. Please meet local organizers at 11:30am on the beach walkover near the restrooms. The group will then head out to the beach to line up and get ready to join hands at 12:00pm. Stand together to show your support for clean energy. Join Hands to continue our march towards cleaner energy options, celebrate our beaches, and defend our shores from offshore drilling. Bring the kids!

Thanks to local Vaughan Green for organizing this South Walton Hands Across the Sand event again this year! Anyone can organize or join events on beaches and shores in your neighborhood or community. This year more than ever we need to stand up for our pristine beaches and coastal lands and say NO to offshore drilling in Florida. Join hands around the globe from New Zealand to Hawaii!

Hands Across the Sand is an international day of action every May on which activists and beachgoers alike send a message to the world that dirty offshore drilling must be replaced with clean, renewable energy sources.
