Visit South Walton in collaboration with The Surf Hut in Miramar Beach will host a beach cleanup on Saturday, September 21st in honor of International Coastal Cleanup Day. The family-friendly event starts at 8 a.m. and includes a complimentary pancake breakfast to all volunteers. Free event t-shirts will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis the morning of the event. Prizes will be awarded for the most cigarette butts collected and a social media photo contest!
Online Registration Required - and limited! Check-in will begin at 8AM on the deck at The Surf Hut.
What to Bring: Your Own Collection Bucket, Reusable Hand Gloves, Garden Gloves or Trash Pickers, A Reusabel Water Bottle.
Water dispenser and hand sanitizers will be available. Don't forget to protect your self with sunscreen and sunglasses!
