It’s time for the 5th Annual LuLu’s Marlin 5K Walk/Run to benefit Destin Middle School’s athletic department, as well as FWB & Niceville High School Cheerleaders. The walk/run will be on Saturday, November 2, at 8 a.m., registration begins at 6:45 a.m. The course starts at LuLu’s, goes into the Regatta Bay community, and ends back at LuLu’s. There will be a complimentary Post Run Party for registered runners at LuLu’s with food, a raffle, door prizes, silent auction and awards presentation.
Adults and children are encouraged to enter for a physically fit day of running, walking, and fun for a good cause. Entry fee for runners/walkers is $30 per person and $25 per student. Registration forms are at LuLu’s gift shop, or register on-line.
LuLu’s is located in Destin at the foot of the Mid-Bay Bridge next to Legendary Marina. Open daily for lunch and dinner and hosting live music nightly. Follow Lulu's Destin on Facebook for photos, events and restaurant news.
