Meditation & Prayer for Self Realization Class at Salon Twist

Salon Twist in Seagrove Beach is hosting a Meditation & Prayer for Self Realization Class (Level I) on Sunday, February 28 from 1-5pm.

This foundational meditation class is based on the Raise Your Vibration books teachings by Sabrina Reber. The class will focus on helping you incarnate your Christ Self or your higher self into your physical body. You will learn very specific techniques to assist you in getting the most out of your daily meditation practice.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced meditator you will leave this class with powerful tools to accelerate your spiritual expansion. Each participant will receive a manual for future reference and a 108 sandalwood bead mala from India to incorporate into your spiritual practice.

This class is a pre-requiste before you are able to take Sabrina's additional classes she will be teaching in the future. Cost is $80.00. Maxium students is 15 so please reserve your spot by emailing Sabrina at sabrinapreber@gmail.com.

This class is a pre-requisite for any of Sabrina's upcoming classes which will include teachings from "The Raise Your Vibration" book and also very powerful teachings that have been handed down to Sabrina through her initiation into the King Solomon lineage and the Ancient Mystery Schools teachings.

The event will be held in the soothing space at Salon Twist in Seagrove Beach and hosted by Sabrina Reber and Gina Shiflett.
