Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation presents the 23rd annual Concerts in the Village series.  Gates open at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm. Bring your chair, picnic and friends and enjoy the night. 

MKAF Concerts in the Village Spring/Summer Series:

April 26th: Temptation Revue
A tribute group that exemplifies the integrity of the original Temptations music, dance moves, and style.

May 3rd: Captain Fantastic 52nd Street & Boogie Fever 
From the Rocket Man to the Piano Man and 70's Disco -- Put on your Dancin' Shoes. 

May 10th: The Petty Hearts
Nationally touring Tom Petty tribute band celebrating the life and musical legacy of Tome Petty's amazing 40-year career in rock and roll.

May 17th: The Return
The Beatles Tribute that captures the very essence of the Beatles themselves. 

May 24th: Velcro Pygmies
Known for delivering a nonstop high energy hair metal rock show that you won't forget.

May 31st: Purple Masquerade
A tribute to Prince brings back the pop/funk sounds of Prince and The Revolution.

June 7th: Walter Wolfman Washington
A mainstay on the New Orleans music scene with heartfelt rhythm and blues, New Orleans funk, and modern jazz.

June 14th: Gloria's Miami SOund with Nikki Torres
Their rhythm is gonna get you on your feet in 1,2,3 for this tribute to Gloria Estefan & The Miami Sound Machine.

June 21st: M-80's
Enjoy the Best Music from the 80's with their high energy and great stage presence. They put on an amazing show.

June 28th: The Maxx
Back by popular demand! Energetic Choreography & eclectic sound with classic oldies and today's pop music. 

Gates open at 6pm. Concert starts at 7pm. Enjoy food trucks or feel free to pack up your favorite picnic food and drinks and the best shows around!

General Admission is $15. FREE for MKAF members and children 12 years and under. Tickets available at the door. Gates open at 6 p.m. and concerts start at 7 p.m. for this come-as-you-are family-friendly outdoor concert series. Bring a lawn chair and picnic. Fresh, affordable cuisine, including kids' fare is prepared on-site by a featured local restaurant or food trucks. Bottled water and soft drinks are also available for purchase. Sweet treats are also available.

Sorry, no pets, drones or tables larger than two feet are permitted.

The Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village is a multi-use complex providing entertainment, festivals, outdoor concerts, and other cultural events in Destin, Florida. You'll love the beautiful Village Green and Dugas Pavilion stage. The Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village is conveniently located in the heart of Destin, east of the historic Destin Harbor and west of Destin Commons. Parking and shuttle service is free.

 

MKAF News & Events 2018!

Concerts in the Village opened Spring 2018 with a Temptations Revue! The 23rd edition of Concerts in the Village features an exciting lineup of Spring & Summer 2018 performances on Thursday nights, and this year, the Concerts in the Village series will expand into fall with a four-concert fall lineup on Thursdays from September 20th through October 11th. 

Festival of the Arts will return the Village Green for the 23rd annual edition on Saturday October 27th & Sunday 28th.
