Paddle for Peace at Grayton Beach

Local charity Gulf Therapy, Tribe Kelly Surf Post and Adventure 30A have teamed up to host the inaugural Paddle For Peace. Originally scheduled in 2020, Paddle For Peace has been reschedule to take place on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 9AM in Grayton Beach. Paddle For Peace welcomes all community members with the focus on love and peace. Follow Paddle For Peace on Facebook for event updates.

Parking is tricky in Grayton so be sure to drop off your board early then park at the county lot by Hurricane Oyster Bar located at 1427 County Highway 283 S, Santa Rosa Beach. The Grayton Beach shuttles will start earlier for paddlers this day and have all hands on deck.

Paddle For Peace
Saturday, May 1 @ 9AM

9:00AM - 12:00PM: Intentional Paddle with Rose Petal Release
Kickoff the morning with Black Bear Bread Co. pastries & coffee and NaturBaker healthy, allergen free donuts! Perfect fuel for a day on the water. You can bring your own board or register for one. The rose petal release will be at the start of the paddle then participants will have an open paddle to just enjoy the water and take in the healing qualities of the Gulf.

12:00PM - 3:00PM: Live Music on the Dock
Enjoy local musicians like Tony & Hunter of Heritage, Dion Jones & more. Nosh on pizza from Chiringo's Big Wheel Pizza.

5:00PM - 7:00PM: Live Music at Tribe Kelley Surf Post
Finish off the day with an intimate concert at Tribe Kelley Surf Post. Distillery 98 will be making delicious specialty cocktails, there will be interactive art by Bodywork Babe, and a raffle to raise more funds for the cause.
