Join Café Thirty-A for an unforgettable wine dinner featuring Pahlmeyer Winery on Friday, September 14 from 6:30pm til 9pm. Guests will enjoy a first course of a passed app (amuse) and wine, followed by four plated courses prepared by Chef Timothy Williams with wine selections. Call to reserve your seat: 850-231-2166.

Holly Kapica of Palmeyer Winery from Napa Valley will be presenting the wines.  Come out and enjoy a fantastic dinner paired with a fantastic wine.

Chef Timothy (Tim) Williams joined Cafe Thirty-A as the new Executive Chef in July of 2018. Chef Timothy's food philosophy is all about using fresh ingredients and letting the beauty of the flavors speak for themselves. 

Chef Tim is originally from Brooklyn, New York, and recently moved to Panama City Beach after living in Atlanta, Georgia for almost 20 years. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park. Previously, he worked as a partner for the Atlanta based restaurant Dantanna's. Williams also served as Executive Chef for Proof of the Pudding at Gwinnett Center and oversaw the opening of The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth. Chef Williams worked for Hilton Hotels and with Miami-based Tango Group, where he served as the Corporate Executive Chef in charge of all menu development.


Cafe Thirty-A is a casual fine-dining restaurant in Seagrove Beach featuring a contemporary eclectic menu, fine wines & exciting martinis. Consistently delicious since 1995. Known for fabulous food, impeccable service & gracious hospitality--a favorite on the Emerald Coast. If you haven't been yet, plan a visit as soon as possible. Owner Harriet Crommelin, Chef T and team are creating magic. It's the beach way to dine fine. Open daily for dinner at 5pm.
