Join Paradis in Rosemary Beach on Monday, Dec. 5 at 6pm for an exciting evening filled with delicious food and drinks from the Prohibition Era. The second annual Restaurant Paradis Prohibition Party features Joseph Swan Wines and Vintage Cocktails along with a four-course dinner by Chef Mark Eichin and his talented culinary team. Taking reservations now as space will be limited - call 850-534-0400.
Prohibition period (1920's) inspired attire is encouraged and creates a classic and fun themed party! Tickets are $125 per person and proceeds will benefit Bay Elementary School and their efforts to provide an excellent education for our children. Good food, great wine, a fun party as we kickoff the holiday season!
Cocktails 6pm, Dinner 7pm and After Party 9pm.
Prohibition line up, wines from the lineage of the father of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Joseph Swan. Exclusive to the restaurant and just for this dinner, you can't find these wines any where else in our area. Paradis is thrilled to feature Mr.Swan's wines at this year's Prohibition Repeal Party! A lineage of Russian River Valley Wines from the father of the region's Pinot Noir.
The menu includes delicious pairings created by Executive Chef Mark Eichin, Chef de Cuisine Will Weihl, and Sous Chef Shane Kirkland. On the menu: poached escolar carbonara, stuffed quail, venison wellington and blackberry cobbler.
Repeal Day is December 5! A perfect time to get together with friends and celebrate. Follow Prohibition Party Facebook event page for updates. The dinner will most likely sell out so make your reservations soon... if you miss out, you can still join the fun for the after party at 9pm. Come out for a special night with delicious wine and specialty era inspired craft cocktails and don't forget to dress in Prohibition era attire!
